For All Of The Stroup Family, I just wanted to say how very sorry I am for the passing of your Dad. I was so saddened to hear the news. Please know that I share in your grief. Being the great man he was, he impacted my life as a Dad. I have fond memories of him, and will cherish them always. Deep inside my heart theres a special place for the most wonderful Dad I know, and that Dad is Joe. I can't call him Joe, I never have, to me, he'll always be my Dad too. I think of each one of you often. Every one of you mean so much to me. Mom, I hold you dear to my heart, wishing I were there to console you. How I love you dearly. My Deepest Sympathy To All. Sincerely With Love, Kim Johnston, Freeman

To the Stroup family, The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my sole: he leadeth me in the path of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. Mark & Bettsy we love you. I know that our time spent together lately has been that of few. But I asure

Our prayers and thoughts are with all of the Stroup family... We are honored to have met all of you thru Mark and Betsy Stroup. You are such a wonderful, fun, loving and close family. My husband and I had the opportunity to go on a cruise w/ Mr. & Mrs. Stroup, and Mark in 99' - we had a great time, and since then we have been able to share lots of good times together. We love you all and will be here for any of you in your time of need. We are praying for God's peace and comfort.

Dear Marilyn, Joey, Val, Richard, Mark and Susan - My condolences to you all. Our families grew up together. The Hingson's met the Stroup's in mid 1960's. Yes, that's a long time of memory making. I am grateful for the memories. Hold tight to them. They will give you comfort in your time of sadness. Know that Joe is in a better place and he was greeted at Heaven's gates by some very special people. Michael has been up there a long time. There's got to be lots of fast cars, motorcycles and beautiful countryside to see it all in. Joe will like that. Michael and my dad will show Joe the way. You must beleive that the Lord is the way, the truth and the light - our love to all of you. Love The hingson family.
