Obituary of Marlin Halsey Miller

MILLER, Marlin Halsey, 41, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., passed away Friday, November 11, 2011. He was born in Riverhead, New York and moved to the bay area in 2000. Marlin knew computers inside and out and learned to build them at a young age. This talent led him to jobs in Information Technology. He was in Project Management with JP Morgan Chase in New York. JP Morgan Chase transferred him to Florida where he found a career that could combine his love of Florida property and caring for others. He earned his real estate license and helped countless families find the perfect home through Keller Williams Realty in Tampa. Marlin also enjoyed travel, especially cruises in the Caribbean. He is survived by his life partner, Joe Iamkraiamorn; parents; Dick and Joan Miller; two brothers, Richard (Cheryl) and Glenn (Lori); sister, Denise; six nieces and nephews and his two cats, Alaska and Sean. A celebration of Marlin’s life will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15th at Loyless Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in New York.
