To Joe and Marlin's family, I was fortunate to know Marlin both at JPMChase as his manager and at Keller Williams Realty. After I retired from Chase, Marlin introduced me to Keller Williams Realty, where I still am working. Marlin was a very special person. He was so giving of his time and talents and always extended himself to help others. He did that at Chase and he did that at KW. I so admired him for that and will try to emulate him. I loved his sense of humor and so enjoyed being with Marlin. He would 'make my day' with a funny anecdote or wry comment. I will so miss him. Joe, if there is anything at all that I can do for you, please call me. I know that Marlin loved you very much. Love Linda baril

My prayers are with all of you in the family. Joe, my heart goes out to you. Hang in there. I'm not sure of your beliefs but my belief is that God needa him right now and even though he isn't here physically, he is in spirit.
