I will miss Carolyn so much. We have had so much fun together. I remember a visit to the Philipines, a little to much alcohol on that trip for all of us......not to mention our visit to Oki. Carolyn had baked a raisen pie and I was so hungry for a slice of raisen pie that we scooped it up and ate it off the floor. It was so good. We laughed the whole time we was eating. I loved her so much. Gene and the kids, I am so sorry that you have to endure this loss. We will all miss her very much. Love to you all.

To Carolyn's family and friends, "In the presence of death, we must continue to sing the song of life. We must be able to accept death, go from its presence better able to bear our burdens, to lighten the load of others, and not bury our love with death." Carolyn, we will think of you often and feel sorrow that you're gone. We loved you in life and in death we love you still. When God called you home, you took with you a part of our hearts and left behind an empty place that no one can fill. You are with God now, but the memories you left behind will keep you alive in our hearts forever. We wish you peace and send with you our love as you take your next step.
