Bob was one of those special friends who shared his great faith in God with everyone he knew. Our 10 years together in Faithful Friends Sunday School class will always be cherished memories until we see him again in Heaven. We will miss you, Bob. Our deepest sympathies to your family in this very sad time. We pray for your peace and comfort. Love, Sandy and Larry

My condolences on the loss of Coach Baron. He was my cross country coach at Jefferson High School in 1974-1975. His sayings still inspire me to this day. My favorite, when I was laboring on a long practice run was, YOU GOTTA LOVE THE PAIN. It was a pleasure to be coached by him. Funny thing is, I was thinking of him this past Friday, guess he was still coaching me.

So sorry to hear about Coach Baron. He was my P.E. teacher in sixth grade at Cuesta Elementary in 1973. While not tolerating the hijinks of young males in that age bracket he nonetheless encouraged me in the ways of physical fitness, even attending a couple of my Little League games at Northwest Little League. I know he'll be missed. He and his family are in our prayers.

Very sad news. My 3 years working with Bob at Burns Jr. High were some of the most memorable of my teaching career. Our fishing trips seem just like yesterday. Bob was a caring, competent, loyal and trustworthy friend and educator. I will keep the Baron family in my thoughts and prayers.
