I would like to take this time and thank all of you who have signed this book or came to the funeral or watched the webcast. It has brought great comfort to know that all have felt the same way about my mom that I have all my life. I sit here and think what worldly possesion of my moms that I would like to have of hers to remember her by and realise I need nothing. Mom you gave me the greatest things ever and I can and will carry it with me forever. You tought me how to love ,give, and care. You taught me how to cook and I use this all time to share your love with all. I love you mom and will never forget you nor will I ever let those around me forget you. I'll always remember my Tante Josefine for her wonderful sense of humor and her warmth. She was always at the heart of the fun and jokes at our family gatherings! She had a special way of making everyone feel welcome and loved. Tante had one of the most generous spirits I've every encountered; no matter what her own situation was, she was always willing to help anyone who needed it. When I saw her last, she urged us to come and visit anytime, and I truly wish I'd been able to do that. Josefine Im not very good with words, so I have decided to send this poem I found instead. Mama, I just can't find the words to tell you how much you have impacted my life. I will never forget how you got on your knees at the bedside of Sarah and I, tucked us in and showed us how to say our prayers. Ever since then I would always think of you at every prayer. We were all so sorry to hear of Aunt Josefine's passing.
