Benjamin Allen Welch, 72, of Joiner, Arkansas departed this life on Friday, October 13 in Land O Lakes, Florida. He was born on August 15, 1951 in Biloxi, Mississippi to Bill Welch and Essie Mae "Sissy" Glover.

He is preceded in death by his father: Bill Welch, stepfather: Lloyd B. Rogers, mother: Essie Mae "Sissy" Rogers, brother: Tommy Welch, sister: Julie Herrera, and nephew: Max Herrera.

Ben is survived by his daughter: Alicia (Derrick) Boyd of Land O' Lakes, Florida, two grandchildren: Jayden and Brooklyn Boyd of Land O' Lakes, Florida, two sisters: Gayle Welch (Bobby Prescott) of Joiner, Arkansas and Janet Cissell of Joiner, Arkansas, five brothers: Mike (Nadine) Welch of Waterloo, South Carolina, David (Lisa) Welch of Plant City, Florida, Greg Rogers of Joiner, Arkansas, Jon B. (Michelle) Rogers of Joiner, Arkansas, and Chris (Connie) Welch of Joiner, Arkansas, four nephews: Felix Herrera, Josh Cissell, Stephen Cissell and Casey Welch, two nieces: Stephanie Kotlarczyk and Trisha Scott and a host of other family and friends.
