Obituary of Robert Estell

Robert Estell passed away on Monday afternoon August 14, 2023, at 95 years old, he is now at peace and resting in the Lord with his sisters, Esther Stetter and Miriam Saunders as well as his parents Margaret and Edwin. He was residing at Baldomero Lopez Nursing home since March 2022. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, daughters Lynn Terrell & Nancy Kelly of Land O Lakes, Florida. His grandchildren are Sarah Lord of Lafayette Indiana, Matthew Terrell and Dylan Kelly of Land O Lakes. During his working years, he was a Class A Contractor when he retired at age 80. He was also a Chemical Engineer when we lived in Wilmington Delaware prior to 1979.

Robert battled with macular degeneration which left him legally blind in his 90’s. Dad was always a happy and compassionate soul to spite his physical limitations, all his nurses raved about what a wonderful person he was. We will miss him terribly but we know he’s now walking, talking and seeing the splendors of heaven. He loved his family and our Lord Jesus with all his heart, you were truly a blessing to us.
