Obituary of Florence Catherine Zulli

ZULLI, Florence Catherine (Krause), 94, of Tampa, Florida passed away peacefully at home Saturday, July 8, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and had wintered in Florida since 1978. She retired to Florida, with her husband Louis Sr., in 2007. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Grandma. She also treasured her two rescue cats Marty and Rocky who were constantly by her side.

Florence was a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Tampa and was a former member of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church in Fairview Park, Ohio.

Florence is survived by her son, Louis Jr., and wife Sharon; daughters Valerie Zulli, Victoria Zulli, Audrey Logan and her husband Daniel; 8 grandchildren, Emma, Anna Catherine, Kevin, and Matthew Logan, Joey, Melissa, David and Sarah; 11 great grandchildren and many friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Louis Sr.; her parents Martin and Martha Krause and siblings Virginia (Krause) Cornelius and Betty (Krause) Schwarz.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 on Thursday July 20 at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, Tampa, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour prior to mass. She will be interred alongside her husband at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida at 10:30 AM on Monday, July 24.

The family suggests those who wish can make a donation in her honor to Lifepath Hospice Chapter Health System or to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA)]
