Obituary of Manuel Lopez

Manuel Lopez, 93 of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away on April 5, 2022.  He was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 1988.  He proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He was Catholic in faith and was a Parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 19 ½ years, Mary Lopez; one son Manuel (Rose Mary) Lopez; extended family, Debbie (John) Hisamoto, Daniel DePriest, and David (Ruth) DePriest; sisters, Lydia DeLeon and Iris Rodriguez; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. 

Some of the things he liked to do were golf, baseball, boy souts, and travel.  He loved to help people and his goal in life was to bring a smile to someones’ face every day. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Land O Lakes, Florida.
