Marlene took care of me and my sister when we were kids in the 1980s. My parents were both teachers in NYC and she made sure we always got on and off the bus safely and watched us until my parents came home from work. She always made sure my sister and I were well-fed and safe. Her grilled cheese sandwiches remain legendary, to this day. Thank you for being such a wonderful and important part of my childhood. Such fond memories. Condolences to your family. - Michael Eisner

We knew Marlene for many years in Rockland County New York. She was a patient, kind, wonderful woman. My daughter was a flower girl at Marlene’s daughter Dawn’s wedding. We lost touch but reconnected in Florida. We were lucky enough to spend a Thanksgiving with Marlene here.
Our sincere condolences to Marlene’s family and friends.
With love,
The Eisner family

Larry and I met Marlene in the water at PassAGrille Beach, Florida a few years ago. She said” I’m Catholic”. We said we were too.. She invited us to go to Mass at her Church St. Mark’s in New Tampa. We went to Mass the 3 years we knew Marlene on Saturday and after Mass we would go to a German Restaurant for dinner. We always had a great meal with a good friend. Often times we would be joined by some of Marlene’s friends who became our friends❤️
Larry and I loved spending time with Marlene. We laughed a lot. She was a great story teller❣️
We will miss you when we visit the beach in July but I know we will remember you always and will remember you in prayer when we visit your Church in New Tampa.
May you Rest In Peace dear Marlene❤️
