Obituary of Karen Lee Blackport

BLACKPORT, Karen Lee, 69, of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away Friday, August 3, 2012. She was born in Kalamazoo, MI and moved to Land O’ Lakes in 2005. Karen was a Dietitian for 30 years at Upjohn Nursing Home and various other facilities. She was a member of New Apostolic Church in Kalamazoo. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Genevieve Drzick. She is survived by her husband, Ralph A Blackport; daughter, SueAnn Blackport; granddaughter, Kayla Blackport; brother-in-law Ronald Blackport; brothers, Lamonte and David Drzick; sisters, Beverly Taft and Barbara Shireman; A memorial service in Kalamazoo, MI will be at a later date.
