Obituary of Michael Wayne Cook

COOK, Michael Wayne, 52, of Lutz, Florida passed away Sunday, April 8, 2012. He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Florida from California in 1971. Michael was a barber and hair stylist. He is preceded in death by his father, Dean. He is survived by his mother, Alvis of Lutz; two brothers, William and Robert both of Land O’ Lakes. Services will be private. Donations may be made in his memory to Christian Social Services.
