Obituary of Betty Rogers Cooper

COOPER, Betty Iva Rogers, 63, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was born in Cedartown, Georgia and moved to Florida in 1958. After 15 years as an owner/operator of a specialty printing company, she retired and became a full-time housewife. She is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Rogers; her mother, Iva Walker Rogers; and brothers, Jimmy Rogers, Billy Rogers and Tommy Rogers. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Fernie “Pat” Cooper of Land O’ Lakes; daughter, Casey Jean Cooper of Temple Terrace, who is expecting Mrs. Cooper’s first grandchild; son, John Russell Cooper III of Land O’ Lakes; and brother, J.R. Rogers of Dade City. A Funeral Service will be held at Loyless Funeral Home on Friday at 12:30PM, with visitation beginning at 11:30AM. Burial will follow at Holton Cemetery in Wesley Chapel.
