To Our Dear 8 Cousins, Our thoughts, prayers and sympathy are with all of you. Your mother was a beautiful lady ~ the skarf lady who had so many and could tie them a hundred different ways. Aunt Shirley was always the hostess with the mostest. She always set the most beautiful dinner table with beautiful linens, dishes, centerpieces, placecards, etc. and of course, served a delicious meal. We will always remember her for her love of family and charming personality. The "celebration of life" party that you had in memory of her was beautiful and oh, what a life she lived ~ she always gave and loved a good party!!! Your mom and dad are having a great time in heaven!

To all the Mahon clan - you have my deepest sympathy. Shirley was a wonderful person who was interested in politics, art, and most of all her family. She taught me a lot and I have thought of her often over the years. I missed her and Bob when they moved to Florida. She and Sonya were the hub of "the group" and kept everyone together. She has been and always will be deeply missed.

Shrley we will all miss you so much. So many wonderful parties at your house. Playing tennis with you and Bob. I will always remember how hard you fought for me when they were going to hire me at the Club. You were truly one of the best friends a gal could have. Will always cherish these memories. Love, Sandy

Mahon Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you all, Shirley was really a special person. I have so many fond memories of our families being at Anchor 8 w/ all the adults under the umbrella having a blast, laughing like crazy. I also recall how much Shirley and Bob enjoyed tennis. Ed Clark and I played them a couple times but could not prevail. My best to you all during this difficult time. Kind Regards, Andy

Shirley, a friend of 46 years, is a cherished friend and will remain so in my mind & heart even after death. She was a friend, a buddy, a playmate (Oh those parties) and a counselor. Knowing Shirley made the lives of anyone she ever met, better. She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. To her family, our heartfelt condolences.

Shirley was a dear, dear friend and the "glue" that held her family and friends together. I will miss our celebrations and games. All of us are "winners" because we played the game of life on her team. I'll miss you Shirl. Love you, Wendy
