Obituary of W.C. Daniels

DANIELS, W.C., Jr., 80, of Land O’ Lakes, FL went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Born in Chattanooga, TN, he lived in Tennessee and Georgia before moving to Florida in 1991. W. C. was a U. S. Navy Veteran and served in the Korean War. He retired from the Electric Power Board of Chattanooga in 1990 after 34 years of service. Locally, he worked at Sears for over 10 years. W.C. is most lovingly remembered for his kindheartedness and many entertaining stories. He is preceded in death by his sister, Marianne Wesley. He is survived by his adoring wife of 57 years, Dianne; two sons, Bill (Lisa) of Valrico, FL and Mark (Angel) of Tampa, FL; daughter, Marcianne Foster (Chris) of Land O’ Lakes, FL; sister, Betty Jo Hughes (Charles) of Gatlinburg, TN; six grandchildren and five great grand children. Committal services with military honors will be held at the Florida National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., Tues., Jan. 17th.
