Obituary of Timothy Lynn Sebastian

SEBASTIAN, Timothy Lynn, “Tim”, 59, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla. went to be with his Savior on Sunday, November 25, 2012. Born in Tulsa, OK., Tim was an U.S. Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War as a Helicopter Crew Chief. Tim and his wife, Judy, managed the family-owned Lake Padget Village in Land O’ Lakes since 1983. He was a member of the Exciting Idlewild Baptist Church in Lutz. Tim loved the Lord and enjoyed helping others, volunteering many hours with Christian Social Services. He built a larger home specifically designed, so he could plan and host events for family and friends. Tim’s father was a Methodist minister and through the years, Tim led youth and puppet ministries, Bible studies and prison ministry. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Judy; two daughters, Calesta Blazo and her husband, Matt of Nashville, TN and Kim Sebastian of Chicago, IL; two stepchildren, Wil Warner of Brooksville, FL and Nikki Crespo of Apollo Beach, FL; mother, Ruth McMahan of Owasso, OK; mother-in-law, Jane Snook of Land O’ Lakes, FL; brother, Dannie and his wife, Barbara; four sisters, Juanita Ramsey, Ginger Palmer and her husband, Rick, Angela Hess and her husband, Jim, Anna Saxon and her husband, Terry; sister-in-law; Esther Snook and her son, Norman; six grandchildren, Garrett Warner, Selina Warner, Jarod Blazo, Andrew Blazo, Kira Crespo, Claire Elyse Crespo; four great grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Christopher and Anthony Warner; along with many loved nieces, nephews, and extended family. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the Land O’ Lakes Church of God. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at Loyless Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Christian Social Services of Land O’ Lakes, Fla.
