Obituary of Ronald O. Jolly

JOLLY, Ronald O., 78, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012. He was born in El Centro, California and moved to Fla. from Beacon, NY in 1988. Ronald was a United States Marine Veteran. He retired as a Maintenance Supervisor and had owned his own welding and fabrication business in New York. Ronald was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church and a 4th Degree Knight. Ron was an incredible friend to his bride, “Pretty Babe” and deeply loved by all his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Claire; six sons, David and his wife, Adele, Michael, James and his wife, Johanna, Steven and his wife, Florence, Raymond and his wife, Mary and John and his wife, Jacilyn; three daughters, Katherine Goltermann and her husband, Paul “Fritz”, Susan Jolly and Judith Motter and her husband, Patrick; brother, Otis and his wife, Claire; twenty four grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 6th at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening at Loyless Funeral Home. Ronald’s final resting place will be Trinity Memorial Gardens. In memory of Ron, donations may be made to HPH Hospice.
