Obituary of Doris D Stone

STONE, Doris D., 81, of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2012. She was born in Eastland, TX and moved to Florida in 1989. Doris enjoyed spending time with her family. She looked forward to visiting family in Texas and it was a special treat when she was able to stop at a few casinos along the way. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dale R Stone; son, Mark Stone; daughters, Marjorie Wyncoop and Gayla Jenkins. She is survived by her sons, Guy and Jason Stone; daughter, Valerie Miller; brothers, Buck and Nick Whitehead; sisters, Hattie Arnold and Opel Smith; eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Special thanks to Penny Huff for all her care and kindness. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Monday, October 1, 2012, at the Lutz Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations for the future care of her autistic son, Jason.
