Obituary of Terri Hansen

HANSEN, Terri, 87, of Tampa, Fla., passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011. She was born in West Allis, WI and moved to Tampa in 1963. Terri was retired from Equifax and the Tampa Credit Bureau. Prior to her illness she was a daily volunteer at Metropolitan Ministries. The family would like to thank the administration and staff of Shady Palms Retirement home for their compassion and care during the years that she lived there. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth. She is survived by her daughter, Pennee Bowen of Land O’ Lakes, Fla.; two sons, Jan and his wife, Kay of Sarasota, Fla. and Randy of Land O’ Lakes, Fla.; sister, Penny Wilhelm of Greenfield, WI granddaughter, Wendy Bowen-Hicks and her husband, Dan; great grandchildren, Heidi and Trevor. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 20735 Leonard Road, Lutz, Fla. 33549. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Terri’s memory to the Metropolitan Ministries.
