Obituary of Frederick Carl Hoger IV

HOGER, Frederick Carl IV, 37, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., passed away Monday, July 4, 2011. He was born in Lakewood, NJ and moved to Tampa in 1978. Fred was an elevator mechanic and member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 74. He enjoyed diving, camping, playing golf, spending time with friends and family. He is survived by his wife Dawn Hoger; step children Lauren and Chance Oliver; parents, Frederick Carl Hoger III and Nancy Hoger-Tramel; stepmother, Elaine Hoger; two brothers, Michael Tramel and Jason Hoger; two sisters, Pamela Mollenkopf and Paula King-Kekatos; three nieces and three nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday at the Land O’ Lakes Church of God. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In honor of Fred, please dress casually, beach attire appropriate.
