Obituary of Ralph Bowler

BOWLER, Ralph W. “Buck”, 82, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., passed peacefully away at home on Sunday, April 10, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. In 1950, he married the love of his life, Ruth Carson, whom he met on a blind date. They recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Before retirement, Ralph was the president of Pioneer Western Financial Planning Corporation. He will best be remembered for his big heart and the ability to find humor in any situation. His legacy of commitment to family will be carried on by his wife, Ruth; his four daughters, Nancy Croy, Susan Carey, Judy Vesey, and Amy Mullaney and her husband, David and his eight grandchildren, Caitlin, Kendall, Pierce, Kayce, Neil, Paige, Conor, and Troy. A memorial service will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday at Loyless Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
