Obituary of Rafael Hernandez

HERNANDEZ, Rafael, 42 of Lutz, Florida passed away Saturday, January 1, 2011. He was born in Bronx, New York, lived in Hawaii and moved to Florida from Georgia in 1992. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesus Oscar Hernandez. He is survived by his wife, Nadine; son, Jesse Hernandez; daughters, Lareina Hernandez, Kayla Hernandez; all of Lutz; mother, Carmen Arce of Tampa; brothers, Robert Gonzalez of Tampa, Jesus Hernandez and his wife, Kelly of Bartow; sisters, Carmen Ayala and her husband, Luis of Tampa; and Margaret Gonzalez and husband, Julius Cavero of Tampa; grandson, Kruz Crispin; A Mass will take place at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church on Friday.
