My condolences to the family of my cousin Dick. We did not see each other often but it was nice to know that he was there. It was good to see him at my sister's funeral in St. Joseph.

For Dick's wonderful Romayne, Keith, Allison, Nat @ Nichole and countless friends who knew and loved Dick we hope all the good memories crowd out the sorrow of these difficult days. I believe that Dick is experiencing wonderful reunions with his loved ones who preceded him like our Dad and Mom, our nephew Steven , brother in law, Woodyand Romayne's family and many friends. A very wonderful reunion will be with our dear brother Ronnie who Dick loved and missed so much. They have been separated for years and I know they are making a lot of "joyful noise unto the Lord" as they celebrate being together again!!! ,

Dick was one of the finest Christian Men I ever knew. He always amazed me with how easy he could remember someones "First" name, after meeting them only once. I still have trouble with my kids names. Dick, you will be missed, But I'm sure you've remembered everyones name in Heaven. Love Kurt & Brenda Rossbach

I am so sorry to learn of Mr. Trimble's passing. The first thing that came to mind as I watched your video of memories was how many times we used to go over to Keith's house and set up our little band in the basement. Yes, they let us play (sometimes loud and long) and I don't ever remember a complaint. Mr. Trimble was fun and funny and a committed Christian. That's what I remember about him most of all. God bless your family as you go through the "valley." Christ promises never to leave or forsake us. Warm regards. Emily Griesinger (Killebrew)

Dick was a wonderful man and loved by many. He especially loved his family. We have several pictures of Dick making funny faces with his grandchildren. He also had a contagious sense of humor, a generous nature and a heart of gold. He will be sadly missed.

I have a lot of fun memories of Mr. and Mrs. Trimble. He used to pretend to take his thumb off - for a little girl, that was pretty scary, but at the same time, funny. I used to love to go to the Trimble's home on Sunday after church to have lunch and play. He just loved to joke and make people laugh. I bet he's already entertaining everyone in heaven.

We always enjoyed spending time with Dick, during various family get togethers, over the years. He made you feel comfortable when you were with him, in conversation, telling a funny story or a joke. He always made us laugh, especially my mom. When we last saw him he was presiding over Jennifer and BJ's wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony and I remember how happy and proud he was to be marrying them. We'll remember him as a man who loved his family and his faith. He will be missed by all of us. May you find comfort in the many loving memories you'll carry in in your heart forever.
