I have known Kathy since I was about 12 or 13 yrs old, I have always felt like part of the family. Sarah is one of my oldest and dearest friends and I remember Zach when he was just a little boy. Iloved Kathy and love her still. She was very fortunate to have married her husband of 17 years who stood by her through thick and thin. I am so sorry for the loss and greif that you are all feeling. Allthough I have only had the pleasure of meeting Michael, Chelsea and Jackson once through a mothers pride I felt like I had known them a lot longer. I think that the Caudell's who were a huge part of Kathy's life said it best, and they too are in my thoughts and prayers because these two families connected by the love of their grandchildren and their love of Sarah. They have embraced their family as one, there is a lot of love and prayers with Sarah Zach Michael, Tom Kathy's devoted husband and all of the grandchildren that she cherished so much. Her one ambition in life was the happiness and wellbeing of her kids and grandkids so try not to be sad although I know your loss is deep because this is not what she would have wanted. My message to her loved ones is try to overcome and strive forward in loving memory and make the best of life that you can because that would make her smile down on us like sunshine. Deepest condolences, Miss

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure she was a good mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed. We're never really prepared for death but we can remember the days we've shared. May you find comfort from the scriptures. Galatians 5:22 says,"...the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control." To Tom, Sarah, Mike, and Zach: We know you will miss her always. She was a special person with a lot of love in her heart for you all. She was like a mother hen trying to keep all her babies under her wing to protect them. We talked endlessly about how to help all of you. That was her priorty in life, to make sure everything was right for you. Just know that this will not change. To Jada, Jacob, Jackson, and the precious little girl to come: Your grandma loved you with all she had. You will never know just how much she treasured every minute she had with you. We hope you all rememer the fun times you had. We talked, laughed, and cried (happy tears) over all of you through the years. We will miss her so much. Our love and sympathy to all of you. Mimi and Gadi

Kathy was the maid of honor at my wedding. That was 20 years ago yesterday. I remember when I fisrt met Kahty. We had both just started working at Saddlebrook. The guy she was dateing at that time was stalking her.( this was several years before she met her Tom) I would walk with her to her car to make sure she was o.k. This was in the mid to late 80's I met my late husband (who happend to work at Saddlebrook ) I asked Kathy to be my maid of honor and she agreed. She was the best maid of honor anyone could ask for. She was the best friend anyone could ask for. To her children and husband: I know what you are going through and it sucks! But in all reality she is in a so much better place. You will miss and greive, and be angry and depressed. Just remember how much she loved all of you and how proud she was of all of you (I know because she talked about you guys all the time) She was very excited about her new granddaughter. She was excited about my Zach wanting to be a nurse. Mike and Chelsea ( I'm sorry if I miss spelled your name) all she could talk about was the new grandaughter. She soooo loved her children and her grandchildren. Sarah, you were her heart. She was always worrying about you. I told her you would be fine, and you will be. I could go on for ever and ever. I loved your mother very, very much. I will miss her, as will you all. Kathy is here with us and will always be with us.
