Obituary of Donald R. Valente

VALENTE, Donald R. 77, of Spring Hill, Fla. Passed away July 11, 2010 at the Baldomero Lopez State Veterans Nursing Home with Hospice. Donald was born in Yonkers, NY and was a veteran of the Korean War and served with distinction in the United States Marine Corp. He retired from the United States Post Office in 1987. Donald was formerly married to Patricia Sullivan and is survived by his six children, Linda Potocki of Lake Peekskill, NY; Lois Haynes of Spring Hill, FL; Daniel Valente of Belcamp, MD; Donald Valente and Edward Valente both of Annapolis, MD; Eileen Young of Yonkers, NY; thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer Association, P. O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
