Ms. Pat and family... I am honored to have known Tom. He was always happy and upbeat which always made work fun. When he retired from PMSI I would ask Ms. Mona how he was doing and to tell him I said hello. When I received the news of his passing I was truly sad. But I just remember the fun we had and will cherish those memories. He's in a better place now Ms. Pat, and he will continue to watch over his family. I know he's smiling down at us now. Love, Renita

I just got back into town tonight and was so saddened to hear of Tom's passing. It is a great loss for us but Heaven's gain. Tom was a such a great person and a great friend. As someone said, Tom made a change in many peoples lives, yet he did not let his own challenges get in the way. He was someone I admired. I feel I am fortunate to have know him. May God bless his family. Tom, be our Angel and watch over us as we make our way in life.

Have been thinking of you all since hearing the news...I can only imagine the sense of loss you all are feeling as I know how saddened my mom and dad are too. I hope you find comfort in ALL of these heartfelt messages. Clearly Tom was loved by many! Although our encounters were few, I will always remember and laugh at our day together at Disneyland when Tom was more of a kid than all the other kids in the park, and when you came to Ohio and Tom named that goofy little fuzzy dashboard ornament in my parents' van, the Wookie Van Man! Keep smiling and I send a big hug to the entire family...

Dearest Tom & Pat, You already know how I feel about the both of you. Tom so many memories I don't know where to begin. Lunch with Alysin-lets's see- Bowling Alley for cheeseburgers or Cheddars for soup and salad. The fun we used to have in telling stories about our family and friends (only good things) and of course you know about Dolly Parton herself. I don't think I ever met someone so full of life and upbeat, happy, and always with a smile. And of all things HONEST! You always spoke about your wife who you loved dearly and very proud of your kids and those GRANDKIDS. You loved your GATORS too. Tom I know that I will meet you in Heaven because the Lord gave me peace about your soul. We were the blessed ones to have known you. Pat always know you have a life long friend in me and call anytime day or night. Love from your friends, Gary and Mona Turley

Just seeing Tom's picture brings tears to my eyes. He was such an awesome person. I am so glad I was able to be a part of his & him in my life. He was such a bright ray of sunshine. I have been bummed that I was not able to see him in person for years but we have spoken many times via email. I will miss him dearly. I feel he is dancing in the clouds while admiring Dolly, looking over us all. RIP Tom
