Obituary of Dorothy Sansevero

SANSEVERO, Dorothy, 81, of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away Friday, April 23, 2010. She was born in New Haven, CT, to Frank and Katherine Roche. She was a 40 year summer resident of Sunrise Cove in Branford and moved to FL from Northford, CT in 2001. Dorothy was a supervisor at both Yale-New Haven and St. Raphael Hospital. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church in Northford, CT. Dorothy was preceded in death by her sister, Kay Austin. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Michael; two sons, Michael III and his wife, Sandra of East Haven, CT and Andrew and his wife, Rosemary of Durham, CT; daughter, Joanne Loughlin and her husband, James of Land O’ Lakes; sister, Barbara Millett of Madison, CT; niece, Carol Haux; seven grandchildren, Greg and Sharon Koshiol, Stan “BJ” and Marlene Burrows, and Andrew, Kathryn, James, Elizabeth and Michael Sansevero and five great great grandchildren. Her final resting place will at St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven, CT. Graveside services will be held in May.
