Obituary of Gerald H. Huffman

HUFFMAN, Gerald H., 79, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla., passed away Sunday, April 11, 2010. He was born in Flint, MI to James and Florance Huffman. He was retired from General Motors as a Quality Control Supervisor in 1984 and moved to Florida in 1985. Gerald enjoyed outdoor activities such as fresh water fishing, boating and camping in northern Michigan. He is preceded in death by his sister, Geraldine Belding. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Norma; three sons, Darren, Roger and Lynn and Erick all of Land O’ Lakes; daughter, Penelope Hay of New Brockton, Alabama; two sisters, Joyce Griffen of California and Othea and her husband, James Kirkum of Quincy, MI; five grandsons, Troy and Nathan Holbin; Adam Huffman, Lawrence and Kenneth Huffman and several nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Research Foundation.
