Obituary of Dale Alyn Rippy

RIPPY, Dale Alyn, 65, of Wesley Chapel, Fla went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 28, 2010. He was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in the Catholic Faith. A southern Indiana native, Dale moved to Florida from Missouri in 1994 and was a US Navy Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. Dale worked as a supervisor for Verizon for many years. Dale is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Arlene; two sons, Scot and his wife, Michelle of Jacksonville, FL, and Eric Rippy of Tampa, FL; sister, Maurine Christley of Marengeo, IN; and five grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5th at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. His final resting place will be at Florida National Cemetery.
