Obituary of William Andrew Fedak

FEDAK, William A., 70, of Land O’ Lakes, Fla passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at home with his family. He was born in Bayonne, NJ, traveled the world for his country and brought his family to Fl in 1985. After serving in the Air Force for 28 ½ years, he retired in 1990 as a Lt Col and began his second career as a Certified Golf Teaching Professional. He loved golf, Yankees, Giants, Notre Dame and Elvis. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sharon; two daughters, Catherine (Paul) Copperthwaite of St. Augustine and Christine of Tampa; son, William (Mary Ann) of Naples; brother, Edward (Elaine) of Cranford, NJ and three grandchildren who loved their grandpa, Devin, Marissa and Michael. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on April 9th at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
