We haven't know Sister Mami long. Her small time we did get o know her in church was heartfelt and warm. It was a nice rememberence of how she was always the nice lady who Welcomed my family to LOLCOG with open arms. She was the first person my four year old warmed up to, simply giving her a hug each Sunday. She was the motivation for me to get up and go church.I'd often say to myself: "If she can get up and go, so can I." Her pot holders will be held close to my heart as she gave them to each of the ladies at the Christmas Breakfast. But the joy in our minds now, is she's sending all the seasons with Jesus. We know she's in no pain now. She has received the ultimate healing. What a joyous thought of mind to know she is with our King, Jesus Christ. Though her shell will be missed by many, know she's spending the rest of eternity with the good Lord. Amen.

Mamie, We are sad that you will not be with us any longer. We will miss you terribly. You were such a blessing to our church in every way. We are so happy though, now that you are with our savior, walking on streets of gold, wearing that crown. We know that you are in heaven and happier than you've ever been and because of that we are excited for you. We love you Mamie. :)

Mamie, You sweet lady will be missed. I loved our little chats before morning service. The stories you would tell, some would have me laughing so hard. You are now at peace with your Savior. We love you.
