Here we are... almost 14 yrs later, and boy life sure isn't what I thought it would be. I was so heartbroken when you died. Even more so for Nancy and the boys. I could see Logan growing up, learning to fish in the canal. And you teaching him to throw a cast-net off that dock. Nancy spoiling him rotten! And I was EXCITED for that life. But God had other plans. And he's still planning... and I can see the big picture now. At first, I thought how sad your death was. That God took you to be with him. But he's been taking EVERYONE I love since that day. You've got Nancy with you, and both your boys. Your grandson, Wesley too. And your team got stronger with my little brother and my momma and step-dad. Then he took away my best friend, Shauna, and I miss her so much. But her and Scott needed closure. And I realize now, as I tell a story, or can't remember an address.... that I have NOONE to ask. There's not a single person that would know what kinda van I had, or would remember that one Gasparilla, or that knows how sad I am. Because HE has ALL of you and I'm all alone here. So, maybe that was his plan all along. And I thought it couldn't get much worse than it was that day when you passed. But, I'm glad I've got SO MANY GUARDIAN ANGELS looking over me! Keep looking out for me...XOXO I miss you.... ALL OF YOU!

Words alone cannot express our deepest sympathy. Our prayers are with you all. My memories are flooded with time, years ago, spent with my sister Kate, and "the boys". Kerry will be missed by us all. My mother, "Nanny" (who will be welcoming Kerry home, and to that heavenly fishing trip, with a special cake just for him) loved him as she had a special love for each of one of her clan. We know that Kerry will now no longer struggle for breath, will no longer suffer from pain and hurt. Kerry loved his family, and that is legacy to us all.

Nancy, Shawn, Scott, little Logan, Aunt Kate, Tommy, David, Harold, Jeanette and Camille, my heart is breaking, right now, along with yours. But, we know that my "cuz" is now in a better place. Who knows, he just may be fishing with Daddy and Uncle Hank. Love you all!
