Larry and Family, I only just learned of Sheri's passing and I am so deeply sorry that I missed her services. I knew she was fighting a tough battle and throughout it she was always strong and had that incredible smile. I have watched her for years as the nurturer of her family. Giving everything of herself to her children, her husband, her parents, and God and eventually deciding to share her talents and love for helping people with others and become a Nurse. She was truly an amazing woman, with a great smile and flaming red hair. I know she is home with God now, but She will be missed here on earth.

Sheri and I are cousins ..... We grew up together in Fla. We did everything together. Having her around always made things fun. We laughed all the time. Would talk on the phone for hours. I can't believe she's gone !!! She fought so, so hard. She wanted to win the battle. She said she would win in either case. If she beat the cancer, she'd win and if she didn't, she'd win because she would be with the Lord. Through it all she kept her sense of humor and offered prayer to others. She was a mentor and good friend. Sheri was a devoted wife and mother. Thank you God for choosing her as your child. I miss you so much Sheri. I miss your laughter . I miss our funny faces. You left too soon. I love you !! Gina

Dearest Sister Sheri, I Love You! God has blessed you with many wonderful qualities that make you a special sister and a terrific person. We miss you and your always in our hearts forever. Known and Loved by many because of her generosity in sharing her knowledge of God's word with others. She was totally devoted to GOD and her loving husband Larry and to her children, Five sons, Aaron, Kyle, Caleb, Noah, Luke, & daughter Patience, and always put her family first. Soon after GOD took Sheri, she walked thur the pearl gates of Heaven. She received a beautiful white robe, a crown of gold, drank from the well of water springing up into everlasting life. Ate from GOD's bread of eternal life (the bread of JESUS). All while she, and angels sang songs of praise to our Heavenly Father. She was then taken to see the place that GOD had prepared for her. Her Dad, James Darrell Gaulden, walked her over to the mansion to show her where she will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. We look forward to that day that GOD has planned for our paths to cross again, May GOD bless you and your family with his glory and the light thereof. Thinking of You with Love. My Sister Sheri is and will always be the best sister GOD could have ever created for a brother and our family. We miss you and Love You Forever! Dear GOD, as you hold Sheri in your loving arms, please have mercy and comfort all our family and Sheri's children in their hour of need. GOD BLESS! Love, Greg, Joyce, Micheal, & Joey Gaulden

Dear Larry and Nelson Family, Sheri was such a beautiful and wonderful woman. I know she will be greatly missed. I remember a time when we driving together somewhere and her car broke down. Instead of getting mad or stressed, she just laughed and praised God that all would be fine. Seeing her do that then TO THIS DAY helps me do that when I am in stressful situations. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers as the days continue. Be blessed. Veronica

Sheri was so alive. When I close my eyes I see her flaming hair and her big, beautiful smile. Sheri was kind to everyone. There isn't a person who ever met her that wasn't made to feel comfortable and accepted in her presence. The world has lost a warrior for Jesus, and I have lost a friend. Knowing that Sheri is in Heaven waiting for us is the only thing that makes her passing easier. We miss you Sheri :'(

I met Sheri once at the doctor's office. It was on the day her news was not good. I was first stuck by how beautiful she was. When I began to talk to her I discovered that her beauty was so much deeper. She told me her story and I told her mine. Her faith was deep and she gave me hope for my future. I have prayed for her and her family. I have thought of her often since that day in June amd I will always remember her. I am so sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace.

We first met Sheri in 1988 at an Operation Rescue in Orlando. Sheri & I (K) were in the same paddy wagon after we were arrested! Then we hung out together in jail! One of the songs we sang there was "Victory in Jesus," the song that accompanies Sheri's memorial pictures. How fitting. And what a perfect song to commemorate her life. Sheri was a fighter - for her kids, her family, unborn babies, & her own life. In all those areas, she was more than a conquerer through her Lord Jesus. That's how we'll remember her in her life here & in life eternal - victorious. Know that we continue to pray for you all, that God's presence will be palpable as He comforts You, strengthens you to go on, and even fills you with joy unspeakable in the days ahead. God's love permeated Sheri's life & now she's dancing in His presence, free at last! Peace & comfort to you in Jesus' mighty name.

My cousin is finally home. Sheri and me learned to walk and talk together. We were 1yr and 1 week apart. We lived only 5 miles from each other for 15 yrs. She lived with me when she was in 12th grade. Although we were cousins we considered each other sisters. We did everything together and we were always together. We laughed, we cried, we fought, we loved. I will miss Dink so much. I will miss talking on the phone with her for hours laughing and venting. We got each other. We understood each other. She was my support even when she needed to be supported. She held on the her sense of humor about all the horrible trails she endured even to the end. She found a way to laugh even through the hell she endured. I love you Red, I will see you soon, HeeHaw ...........

My heart is grieving the loss of my BCSG friend. Sheri was a beautiful courageous lady, inside and out, and she will be greatly missed. We are comforted in knowing she is safely HOME with Jesus, who she loved and had trusted as her personal Saviour. No more pain, no more suffering. But I know the pain her family is experiencing. My beloved husband is already in Heaven where Sheri has now joined him, and her Dad. May you find peace and comfort in our Lord, but don't be afraid to grieve, your pain is so real, and He Understands.
