Obituary of Sara Ulman Long

LONG, Sara U., 94, of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009. She was born in Baltimore, MD and moved to FL from Georgetown, DE in 1985. Sara graduated from Maryland Institute of Art and enjoyed ceramics,oil painting and listening to her late husband play the piano. She was very active in several clubs at the Groves in Land O’ Lakes and had been a resident of St. Petersburg from 1985 to 2006. She is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis W. Long. She is survived by her three daughters, Dr. Patricia Komorous and her husband Ed of Tryon, NC, Nancy Dudley and her husband, John of Sydney, Australia and Sandy Armstrong and her husband Hollis of Land O’ Lakes; five grandsons, John, Curtis, Rich, Scott and Chris and three great grandsons, John, Conner and Jackson.
