GALLA, Joan E. Hay, 75 of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Friday, April 24, 2009. She was born to Alexander and Elizabeth (Scott) Hay in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and moved to Florida from Buffalo, NY in 1989.
