BELTRAN, George H., 52, of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away October 26, 2008 at Tampa General Hospital. He was born in Bogata, Colombia and moved to the Bay Area from New York in 1988. He was of the Catholic faith, an avid reader and enjoyed history and sports. He is survived his sister, Maria H.
