Obituary of E. Virginia Craig

E. Virginia Gentner Craig, 95, died Friday, August 29, 2008 in Tampa, FL. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Ginny graduated from Germantown High School in Philadelphia, PA and Wilson College, in Chambersburg, PA. Hard of hearing herself, Ginny was a hearing therapist for the public schools of Montgomery County and advocate for all hard of hearing and hearing impaired individuals. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Craig, her son, Donald F. Craig and her sister, Hope F. Gentner. She is survived by her son, H. M. Lawrence Craig, Indianapolis, IN; her daughter, Donna Craig Vandenbrink, Tokyo, Japan; her daughter, Hope Craig Potter, Tampa, FL, as well as six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Services will be at the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia and burial will be at George Washington Memorial Park in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
