Obituary of Frank A. Kadlec

KADLEC, Frank A., 83, of Largo, FL. passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Baldomero Lopez Veterans Nursing Home in Land O’ Lakes, FL from Alzheimer’s disease. He was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Pinellas County from Wisconsin in 1961. He served in the US Navy during WW II and the Korean Conflict. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and received his master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He taught Social Studies at Lincoln High School in Manitowoc, Wisconsin and at Seminole High School in Florida. He retired in 1987 as a Pinellas County Adult Education Administrator. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert, and great granddaughter, Abigail. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Catherine of Largo, FL; son, Paul (Leslie) Kadlec; daughters, Phyllis (Robert) Grainger and Ann (Richard) Losee, all of Iowa; stepsons, Robert (Angela) Weck of Tampa, FL and Jeffrey (Janet) Weck of St.Petersburg, FL; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. hn glover death datepsychology and lung cancer
