Obituary of Durward R. Chisholm

CHISHOLM, Durward, 86, of Land O’ Lakes passed away May 5, 2008. He was born in Arkansas, move to Audurndale, and then Tampa in 1967. He served in WWII with the United State Coast Guard and was an Electronic Engineer. He was one of the founding members of the Northgate Baptist Church in Tampa. He was a true outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing, and gardening. He was also known as a “Mr. Fix-It”. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ronell Chisholm; daughters, Yvonne Trebilcock of Gainesville, FL and Lana Chisholm of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Tommy, Lionel, Kenneth, Ralph, Jimmy, Billy, Darrel, Danny; sister, Wilma Beasley; and grandchildren, Jennifer and Christopher Trebilcock. A Memorial Service will be held at Loyless Funeral Home on Saturday, May 17 at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
