Obituary of Helen Gertrude Hardymon

HARDYMON, Helen Gertrude, 96, of Land O’ Lakes went home to be with the Lord on March 16, 2008. She was born in Burtonville, KY to the parents of Samuel and Myrta (Pollitt) White. She moved to the Bay Area in 1957 from Indiana. She was married to Roy for 73 years who preceded her death in 2000. She is survived by sons, Doug (Margaret) of Homosassa, Howard (Ruby) of Sarasota, Carl (Nancy), of Portland, IN, Jack of Homosassa; daughters, Jo Warstler of Winchester, IN, Rita (Leon) Mangas of Union City, IN, Debbie (Lee) Williams of Land O’ Lakes; twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; sixteen great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of her life will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday at Loyless Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
