Obituary of Phillip Peter White

White, Phillip Peter, 83, of Wesley Chapel, passed away Sunday, April 8, 1007. He was born in England and moved to the Bay Area in 1992. He served during WWII with the British Navy and, later, retired as a systems analyst.
