Infant Isabelle Hope Puhr, of Palm Harbor, passed away Friday, December 1, 2006. She is survived by her parents, Samuel and Kiersten Puhr of Palm Harbor; maternal grandfather, Steven Jensen of Tampa; maternal grandmothers, Cheryl Rodriguez of Tampa and Daphne Thomas of Tampa; paternal grandparents, Jim and Molly Dumphy of Lutz, Daniel Puhr of Tampa, and Nancy Schramm of Tampa.
