Obituary of James Marshall Woodard Sr.

WOODARD, James Marshall Sr., 69, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away March 15, 2019. He was born in Hohenwald, Tennessee and moved to Florida in 1990. James proudly served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1975 and was awarded the Vietnam Bronze Star. He is preceded in death by his parents, Solomon and Evelyn Woodard; and his sister, Wonda Woodard. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Monica Woodard; son, James Woodard Jr. (Jennifer), Robbie Wright; daughters, Tammy Price (Gabe), Crystal Stamey (Trenton); brothers, Billy Woodard, Hoss Woodard, and Mack Woodard (Melinda); sister, Kathy Woodard; several grandchildren, including Peyton Woodard and one grandchild on the way; and many loving nieces and nephews. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 am on March 19, 2019 at Loyless Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to service and interment is to follow at 12:30pm at Florida National Cemetery.
