Obituary of Debbi Date

Debbi Date, 67 of Tampa, Florida passed away on March 04, 2023. Debbi was born on July 07, 1955 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Doris and Wayne Odell. She was raised in Cincinnati before moving to New Jersey and finally moving to Plant City, Florida where she met Brian Date in November 1992 and married in June 1993.

Debbi was a loving mother to her two children, Gregory and DeAnn Date and grandmother to her five grandchildren, Delaney, Wyatt, Allison, Kennedy and Sawyer. Debbi gave all her love to her children and grandchildren.

Debbi retired from Pine View Middle school in 2019, she previously worked at Lake Myrtle Elementary in the Autistic Unit from 2002 till 2016. She had an immense love for animals and loved helping others. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, doing puzzles, and cooking.

She survived by her husband, Brian Date: her children, Gregory and DeAnn Date. Her grandchildren: Delaney, Wyatt, Allison and Kennedy Date and Sawyer Copeland. Debbi has two sisters and one brother who reside outside of Tampa, Florida.

Debbi will be missed by many, friends and family included. She will be remembered for her wit, kind heart, generosity and intoxicating smile and laugh.

A Memorial Service to Honor Debbi will be held at Loyless Funeral Homes in Land O’ Lakes on Thursday March 16^th 2023 beginning at 5pm.
