Obituary of Jose Manuel Mejias

Jose Manuel Mejias, 69, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023. He was born in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico and later moved to Florida in 2004. He was a police officer.

Jose is preceded in death by his mother, Genoveva Santiago, his father, Jose M. Mejias Flores, his stepfather, Nazario Alicea, his brother, Angel M. Mejias, and his sister, Ida Rosa Alicea Santiago.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marianela Mejias Celestino and their beautiful daughters: Sandra Mejias, Maricela Ortiz, Johanna Mejias, Regina Da Luz, and Nailea M. Mejias. His siblings: Elizabeth De Jesus, Brenda Mercado, Aradis Mejias, Edgardo Mejias, Orlando Mejias,Edwin Alicea and Nazario Alicea, Jr. He is also survived by his 12 beautiful grandchildren and four great grandchildren, as well as his multiple nieces, nephews, sister-in-law and brother-in-law.
