Obituary of Charles Rae Schultheis

Charles Rae Schultheis 83 of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on March 22, 2022. He was born in Haubstadt, Indiana. He was a loving father and devoted husband.  He loved the outdoors and gardening.  Charles married his wife Charlotte “Starr” Zak on August 5, 1962. They had two daughters, Susan Jo and Sandy Bea. They loved to dance, play cards and raise Vizsla’s (Hungarian bird dogs).  He loved to talk to people and never met a stranger. He loved spending time with his family and friends especially with his grandkids and teaching them how to fish and seine for bait at Longpond. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 40 years, Charlotte “Starr” Schultheis; two brothers, Warren and Bobby; one sister, Winifred Sue Martin (Ronald); Survived by, Susan (Michael) Tanski and Sandy (Keith) Morrow; brothers, Ed (Jeannie) Schultheis and David Schultheis; Betty (Jake) Orth, Judy Streetman, and many nieces, nephew and cousins; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
