Obituary of Richard Calvin Dukes

Richard Calvin Dukes 76, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida passed away on February 3, 2022. He was born in Long Beach and moved to Florida in 1948. He proudly served in the United States Marines and retired after 24 active and 6 reserves. He was Christian in Faith and attended West Thonotosassa Baptist Church. Richard loved animals, he enjoyed his dog and going to the zoo. He loved to hike and be outdoors. Richard was a gun activist and enjoyed going to the firing range. He is preceded in death by his two children Mike Bowman, Joy Trotti and mother, Eunice; He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Peggy Dukes; one daughter, Shannon (Mark) Lichte; brother, George; six sisters, Donna, Cynthia, Tammie Jo, Patricia, Brenda and Debbie; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
