Obituary of Elaine Marie Jimenez

Elaine Marie Jimenez, 58, of Land O' Lakes, Florida passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021 and into the arms of Jesus. Elaine attended First Baptist Church in Land O' Lakes. She was a 1981 graduate of Land O' Lakes High School. During her Junior and Senior year she was employed with the Pasco County School District. Upon graduating High School, Elaine began a 32 year career with The Tampa Tribune in circulation and then Human Resources where she made many amazing, lifelong friendships. Once The Tampa Tribune dissolved, Elaine continued her career in Human Resources with Gulfside Healthcare Services as a Benefit Specialist. Elaine truly loved her job with Gulfside and was loved by all coworkers and  employees she came into contact with. 

Elaine's passions were her family and friends and enjoying family vacations to Cocoa Beach, Rabun Gap, Georgia and cruises. Elaine enjoyed her down time by reading novels and her Bible.

Elaine was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra "Cookie" Bigger. She is survived by the two loves of her life, her husband, Cary Jimenez and daughter, Haley; her father, Eugene "Billy" Bigger: brother, Johnny (Linda) Bigger; many nephews, nieces, aunts and brother and sister in laws as well as her forever best friend, Debbie Davis and many other lifelong friends. 

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Gulfside Healthcare Services Hospice and Palliative Care may be made in Elaine's honor.
