Obituary of Carol Bond

Carol “Gar” Linda Lamb Bond – (73),

 

She passed peacefully on Monday, December 28, 2020 surrounded by her family.

Carol was the daughter of the late Carl Lamb & Bessie Boiselle, of Waterford CT.

She grew up in Waterford and graduated from Waterford High School in 1965. During her life she married, had kids, traveled, and worked as an administrative secretary for NASA, Underwater Sound Lab, and The Veterans Administration. In her later years, she pursued a degree in nursing, and graduated from Carteret Community College, Morehead City NC, as a LPN,

 

Carol is survived by her son James & wife Kelly of Port Angeles WA. her daughter Julie of Tampa FL., along with daughter Kelley & husband Olivier of Peynier France.

In addition, she was affectionately known as “Gar” by her five grandchildren, Allison, Jacob, Casey, Max, and Ian.

 

Carol is also survived by her brother Martin Lamb, and had another late brother Thomas Lamb (deceased) of Waterford CT., as well as she is survived by her former husband, James Bond of Palm Coast FL.

 

Foremost, she was a mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She was an avid football fan, especially for her team, the Tampa Bay “Bucs”.

She also enjoyed Hallmark movies and her favorite show Days Of Our Lives, traveling, cooking, milkshakes, Starbucks and spending time with her ‘Puppy’ Malia, as well as her grandchildren whom she loved very much. Carol “Gar” was the type of person to always look out for everyone and have everyone’s best interest in heart no matter what or how hard the situation was. She truly was an amazing, kind, and beautiful human being to all, and shall now be an angel to look after all of us as she did while she was living.

May she rest peacefully in the good graces of God. We all know she is watching down on us. We All Loved You Very Much, and You Will Be Missed.
